As a licensed clinical psychologist, and licensed professional counselor I provide therapeutic services to adolescents and adults. My approach focuses on self-exploration and transformation to empower clients to develop the tools and habits to live healthier and happier lives. Integrating a number of techniques, to include EMDR, CBT and ACT, we will discuss your thoughts and/or behaviors, explore why you respond to certain triggers, and help you understand ways to manage, decrease, or eliminate undesired responses. At Serenity Foundation the sessions take place in a safe and confidential environment, allowing for open discussions to address issues normally too difficult to discuss with friends or family.
